Be the Perio Princess, the Perio Queen you always deserved to be.
**VIP Coaching with Dr. Yvette Carrillo**
Private, one-on-one coaching for dentists and periodontists building a private practice.
This is not a general course. We work directly on your practice, your team, and your goals, with CE, custom tools, and lectures to follow along with.
**What we cover in VIP:**
**1. Branding**
How to position your practice clearly, so the right patients and referring doctors understand who you are, what you do, and why to choose you.
**2. Team Growth**
How to hire, train, and keep a team that supports growth, so you're not carrying every system, every decision, and every day alone.
**3. Investing**
How to think clearly about investing in your practice, your equipment, your space, and your own growth, without guessing or overspending.
**4. Time Management**
How to structure your week, your schedule, and your priorities, so clinical work and business work both have a place.
**5. AI in Perio**
How to use AI in your perio practice in a practical, safe way, to save time, streamline systems, and stay ahead without losing the personal touch.
**6. Personal Life**
How to give yourself more time back, so you're not just building a practice, you're building a life you actually get to enjoy too.
**What you get in VIP:**
- 1:1 coaching sessions with me, focused on your practice
- CE built into the program
- Custom PDFs made for your practice
- At-home models and guides to follow along with
- Lectures to follow, so you have a clear path between sessions
